1 The Javorina Spa Zone is open from Monday to Sunday from 8:00 am to 9:30 pm.
2. possibility to use the services of the Spa Zone according to the availability of space. Advance reservation is required.
3. Payment of admission to the Spa Area is tantamount to the fact that the guest has read and accepts the terms of these Regulations.
4. In the SPA area it is prohibited to:
smoking
consumption of alcohol
consumption of food
bringing in glass containers
5. The SPA may not be used by persons:
whose condition indicates consumption of alcohol or other intoxicants
with open wounds and inflammation of the skin,
with signs of diseases posing a danger of drowning,
whose behavior poses a threat to other guests and the staff of the SPA.
6. Use of the SPA area is at your own risk. Javorina is not responsible for the health consequences of using the sauna.
7. Children under 16 years of age are allowed in the SPA area only when accompanied by an adult.
8.The SPA area is a zone of silence and relaxation. To ensure complete comfort, it is forbidden to use your own MP3, MP4, etc. receivers.
9. The staff has the right, to ask out persons who in any way affect the discomfort of other guests (without refund).
10. All valuables should be left in the room/house or on deposit at the Reception. Staff is not responsible for items left in the SPA area.
11.Towels are lent to Guests at the reception desk. After leaving the spa area, towels must be returned immediately.
12. In the spa area it is prohibited to use textiles, to sit in the sauna you must use a towel.
13. In the ballroom can not be more than 6 people at a time.
14. In the spa area, special care must be taken in areas of wet surfaces. It is strictly forbidden to run in the spa area and jump into the tub.
15. You should report to staff any irregularities and defects affecting the safety of guests and the operation of the spa area.
16. For damage caused by intentional act or omission, the full financial responsibility of the Guest.
17. For the sake of your own safety and the safety of others, please follow the above rules. All persons on the premises of Javorina Residence are required to comply with these Rules and Regulations.
